An abundance of Thanksgiving articles and not one of them’s a turkey!

If you want to get in the mood for this Thursday’s Thanksgiving celebration – a US event, admittedly, but I think it should become an annual global happening, as well as a daily attitude! – here are several articles by my colleagues and me on giving thanks and gaining health.

My piece is “Nurture a gratitude attitude, says entrepreneur”, posted on LinkedIn, which includes a healing of depression through a moment of gratitude that blossomed into a habit of gratitude.

The big breakthrough came when I was leaving a building and some lilacs caught my eye. I heard myself saying, “Those are the most beautiful lilacs I have ever seen….
